October 13, 2025 - 05:49 AM Welcome back to Top8. I really need to learn how to mend clothes. Both pairs of leggings I have have, seemingly overnight, developed holes – one of them catastrophic. Given that I really can't sew or mend or anything, I was thinking that it would be rad if I could just pay someone to do it. But that would end up being $50, and for $29 I can buy a new pair. This lady is kind of a big deal to me. Probably to a lot of people. I'd have been happy if someone recorded her whistling the theme to Green Acres, but here we have a wholeass song. It's called "Blurry" and it's great. Slow and sorta hazy like a Lana Del Rey track. Feels like Hollywood, which makes sense given that the video for it is her driving around in LA.......

I did a little research, and it looks like the average time for empires to fall is about 60 years, although some are much more and some are much less – that's just how averages work. How much longer do we have? I think we might be relatively near the beginning of the end as far as the empire goes, but it's really hard to say. Our republic, on the other hand, has been in decline for quite a while now. For most of American history, the average citizen didn't really interact with the Federal government that much. Channa Masala (Emily's 2025 Version) Ingredients Spices 1 cinnamon stick 5-6 cloves garlic, minced (or basically however much you want; I'm not your mom) 1 inch minced ginger (around 2 tbsp) 2-4 green cardamom pods 2-4 whole cloves 1-2 bay leaf 1 tsp ground coriander 2 tsp ground cayenne or hot chili powder (or go crazy with this if you want.) 1/4 - 1/2 tsp turmeric Hot peppers (use whatever sort you have or like, but prefer bird's eye & combinations of various peppers; also, again, go crazy with this if you want –......

By the time you are reading this, I will already be underway with the fall semester, which longtime readers will know, means that I am near death and about to balance myself on the razor's edge for the next few months.
